2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers (AliExpress) and specifications may vary slightly from those shown. If a product is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required.
• Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at checkout is the final price.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment failure. You will be notified and fully refunded if we cancel your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We operate as a dropshipping store. Orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers (AliExpress).
• Estimated delivery times are 7–30 business days depending on destination and supplier. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable EU regulations. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
